- Represented private equity groups, local facilities in obtaining certificates of need for behavioral health services and facilities.
- Represented facilities and provider groups in negotiations and settlements of overpayments and penalties to Oklahoma Healthcare Authority
- Negotiated settlement with Oklahoma Insurance Commission for entity involved in pharma supply chain
- Represented healthcare providers in transactions including employment, termination, sale of medical practice, sale of home health agency, purchase of assets, formation of legal entities, creation of MSO’s and DSO’s, joint ventures
- Represented healthcare providers and facilities in regulatory matters related to licensure, certification and accreditation, scope of authority and federal reimbursement guidelines
- Represented institutional providers in HIPAA-related matters including audits, breach responses, and providing compliance training
- Prepared corporate bylaws, medical staff bylaws and rules, and IRB policies and procedures
- Represented facilities before Oklahoma State Department of Health, Oklahoma Healthcare Authority, Oklahoma Attorney General, Oklahoma Insurance Commission and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General and the Office of Consumer Rights
